These privacy and data protection principles (hereinafter the “Principles”) are the basic principles governing the MILOS s.r.o., Špindlerova 286, Roudnice nad Labem 413 01 Czech Republic, VAT ID: 25003330 (hereinafter the “Company”) in the collection and processing of personal data. These Principles implement the Company’s rights, and obligations arising in particular from the following generally binding legal regulations:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the “GDPR”);

1. Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services and on the Amendments to some Acts (Certain Information Society Services Act), as amended (hereinafter as the “Certain Information Society Services Act”); and

2. Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts (Electronic Communications Act), as subsequently amended (hereinafter the “Electronic Communications Act”).

These Principles apply to all persons visiting the Company’s websites [www.milossystems.com] (hereinafter the “Websites”), whether or not these persons are in a contractual relationship with the Company.

When visiting our Website, the Company may collect some information necessary to ensure the proper and convenient operation of the Website. Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number can be found on the label (a sticker that is glued on each product) that is located in the lower left corner under the name of technology. It consists of 11 numbers. The first two numbers show the year of manufacture, the following six numbers are the production order and the last three numbers show the quantity of the production order.
